For decades, rising health care costs have been the biggest concern for small businesses. This year the Affordable Care Act will give large tax credits to small businesses to provide health, dental, and vision insurance to their workers.

An estimated 4 million small businesses may qualify for these tax credits, which give back up to 35 percent of employee premiums and will provide about $40 billion in tax relief over the next 10 years.
